Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break).
In this versatile role, you will be actively engaged in building and nurturing relationships with introducers and business partners. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage a high volume of calls, and strive to meet and surpass monthly and quarterly targets. The Account Manager will also assist generative queries from introducers, raise escalations with law firms, and tap into new business opportunities through referrals and online initiatives. Reporting, data analysis, and the continuous improvement of your portfolio will ensure you remain on the cutting edge of market trends.
