We are hiring for an Account Manager who is experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships within the electrical or trade supply industry in Birmingham. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, industry-leading business within a supportive and professional environment where you ll focus on growing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Duties of an Account Manager

In this role, you will be working as part of a dynamic sales and branch team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Generating new business through proactive outreach and networking
  • Providing effective solutions and resolving customer issues promptly
  • Supporting the wider branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Skills and experience of an Account Manager
  • Managing customer accounts and developing B2B relationships
  • Proven success within the electrical wholesale or trade supply industry

It would be beneficial to the Account Manager role if you also had:
