Account Executive (Book of Clients to Inherit) North Yorkshire

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, plus car allowance, bonus, and pension.

We are pleased to be working with a prestigious intermediary seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive or a broker looking to take the next step in their career.

This role offers the opportunity to inherit a book of commercial clients that is not under attack.

Their head office is based north of Leeds, with a client base expanding throughout the UK. The organisation is proudly independent, with a long-term plan to remain so, maintaining a strong market presence over competitors.

The company is looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join their team, focusing on developing and building solid books of business within their commercial division.

It is essential that you are technically proficient across most classes of commercial insurance and are currently working within a commercial insurance environment, either as an external executive or looking to progress from a broking background. Target clients will be SME to Mid Corporate, paying on a fee or commission basis, so previous experience with clients in this size bracket is necessary.

The company offers support through marketing and lead generation from their internal sales team, providing tools and guidance to help you succeed.

If you have existing pipelines and clients that could be transferred, this would be advantageous and could significantly impact remuneration.

The package includes an attractive basic salary (dependent on experience), achievable bonus structure, car allowance, and pension.
