Position Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and contractors. Your role is central to providing an excellent customer experience. You will manage incoming enquiries, process orders, and proactively engage with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for all customer enquiries by phone and email.

  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding their orders and requirements.
