The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for someone to develop their career in marketing as an Account Executive working on one or more exciting brands within our agency team. As an Account Executive, you will provide pivotal support on your account(s), ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and serving as a key point of contact between the agency and the client. This role requires excellent communication, project management and planning skills to help deliver outstanding marketing solutions tailored to client needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Daily management of the client relationship; building and nurturing the relationship, maintaining appropriate levels of contact and managing expectations of delivery accordingly
  • Responsibility for and support of elements of project delivery, within established and agreed budgets and timeframes
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of the client’s business and sector, compiling competitor reviews when required, undertaking proactive research of ideas and markets
  • Working with the creative studio; booking creative resource, liaising with creative services, briefing work into the studio
  • Budget management; assisting with compiling budgets, tracking and updating costs during projects and developing an understanding of time utilisation
  • Finance administration; raising purchase orders, preparing quotes, processing supplier invoices
  • Managing supplier relationships and sourcing quotes
  • Monitoring the progress of work and campaigns, producing status reports and contact reports
  • Attending internal brainstorming sessions, assisting with inspiration and idea generation
  • Assisting with proposal development and client presentations
  • Communicating with and providing all relevant job and account information to team members in a timely manner
  • Meeting and call follow-up; recording meeting and call notes and distributing to key parties, ensuring all parties are kept up-to-date as necessary
  • Providing team and client admin support; booking couriers, organising internal and external meetings, booking team and client travel, maintaining account filing
  • Contributing to the ethos, values and spirit of the company
Who You Are
  • You have 1 - 3 years’ experience in an account management, project coordination, client services, or similar role, ideally within a creative, marketing, advertising, or communications agency
  • You have a good understanding of agency operations and the creative process, and are comfortable collaborating with creative, production, or studio teams
  • You are confident in managing client relationships and have experience acting as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • You have supported the delivery of multiple projects or campaigns, with hands-on exposure to timelines, budgets, and project milestones
  • You are comfortable working with budgets, quotes, invoices, and purchase orders, with experience in basic financial or project administration
  • You have conducted competitor reviews, market research, or similar tasks to support business or creative work
  • You’re highly organised and adept at juggling multiple tasks
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing status reports, client presentations, or meeting notes
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
