We’re looking for an Accommodation Manager who understands that getting the basics right, every single time, is what creates exceptional guest experiences.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone who takes pride in standards, thrives on organisation, and leads by example.

As Accommodation Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the cleanliness, presentation and readiness of our holiday homes and on‑park facilities. You’ll manage, motivate and support the accommodation team while rolling up your sleeves when needed to ensure standards never slip.

Salary: £28,724 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 40 hours over 5 days each week. Shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Location: Queensbery Bay, Powfoot, Annan, Dumfriesshire, DG12 5PN

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering consistently high housekeeping standards across caravans, lodges and facilities
• Being present on the ground, completing checks and supporting the team during busy changeover days
• Making sure every unit is clean, safe, fully stocked and ready for arrival
• Managing rotas, work allocation and daily job sheets efficiently
• Ensuring linen, bedding, equipment and stock are well maintained and well organised
• Working closely with Maintenance to report repairs and safety issues promptly
• Managing lost property, inventories and housekeeping equipment
• Controlling cleaning costs and working within agreed budgets
• Training, coaching and developing the accommodation team, ensuring everyone understands what good looks like
• Providing thorough and structured induction for new starters
• Managing rotas, holidays, timekeeping and absence to ensure the department is always appropriately staffed
• Carrying out appraisals, probation reviews and regular performance conversations, addressing issues promptly and constructively
• Ensuring standards of personal appearance, hygiene and professionalism are consistently maintained across the team
• Dealing with guest queries or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring concerns are resolved efficiently
• Ensuring service is friendly, consistent and reliable, taking pride in creating an environment where guests feel comfortable, relaxed and able to enjoy their stay
