A leading building consultancy in London is seeking an experienced RICS Chartered Building Surveyor. The role involves managing a varied portfolio, providing a full building surveying service, and contributing to the growth of the team. We are looking for an experienced RICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join our London based Building Consultancy team. The post holder will manage a varied portfolio and will be responsible for the provision of the full building surveying service to clients while also contributing to the growth of the team. The post holder will assist in generating fees through the management and development of existing and new clients, to contribute towards the achievement of the financial and other objectives of the Building Consultancy Team. This opportunity will be focused on driving further growth and technical expertise within the office. You will be a chartered building surveyor with extensive industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to seek and build relationships with new and existing clients. You will also have excellent time management skills, sound technical competence and good working knowledge of all relevant legislation. You’ll also have a clean driving licence.
