Overview

7.5T Service Driver - welfare & an opportunity to grow the business

Berry recruitment is working alongside a client in the Welfare Business who is seeking a 7.5T Driver with the ability of business development on site and who will drive a 7.5T to accommodate the servicing of the Chemical Toilets and Welfare Units to sites.

This work is being based in Sizewell for most of the time with visits approx twice a week to Bury St Edmunds where you will be managed from for updates.

Responsibilities

• Drive and service 7.5T vehicles to maintain chemical toilets and welfare units on client sites.
• Work primarily at Sizewell on site, learning site requirements and acting as the eyes and ears for the business.
• Identify and implement opportunities to grow site requirements, with feedback and discussions with site management.
• Communicate progress and updates on site and with management to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence with no more than 6 points.
• In-date Digi tacho card and CPC Card.

Hours and Location

Hours of work are 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

Based mainly at Sizewell with visits to Bury St Edmunds approximately twice a week for updates and management contact.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary £32K for the right individual (due to business development opportunities).
• Initially hourly rate £15.00.
• Overtime available once on the books full time, at time and a half.
• Additional bonus payments available where each office makes a quarterly profit.
