Qualifications

• 3 years experience working in General Practice, with competencies in Cervical Cytology, Wound care, and adult & childhood immunisations.
• Experience of managing NHS Health checks & Diabetes Prevention Clinics.
• Dependable & reliable, with experience in Diabetes management including foot checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
• Undertake Treatment Room activities including wound care and immunisations.
• Work alongside the multidisciplinary team to offer a full range of Nursing Services.
