Grow: Question everything and school yourself. Be generous with your knowledge with others and seek feedback from them. Be clear with your objectives.
Get it done: Make your time at Channel 4 count. Be a solution‑finder, not a finger‑pointer. Prioritise, decide and then act – always commercially.
