Position Overview

As an Associate in the ENRI Projects team, you will play a crucial role in leading and advising on large-scale, multi-faceted projects across sectors such as construction, energy, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. Your expertise in commercial and project law will be instrumental in ensuring comprehensive legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on large-scale, multi-faceted projects, ensuring comprehensive legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex and bespoke contracts, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with clients' strategic goals
