Overview

AMR298 <br> IT Support <br> Bristol <br> upto £28,000<br> My Client are a leading Bristol based IT technology services provider and cloud solution provider. This dynamic company are currently looking to expand there technical team and currently have a vacancy for an additional 1st line-technical Support Specialist/Software Support Consultant.

Responsibilities
  • The Software Support Consultant/IT Support Specialist will need the following experience: Ideally previous IT Technical support gained in a busy IT environment. Any knowledge of Windows PC, Server Ops and understanding of Office365 advantageous. Any Linux a bonus
  • Ideally experienced across the board in all areas of office Networks
  • Anyone working for a current Managed service provider advantageous
  • Hard Working and looking to develop in a scale up business
  • Natural relationship builder and good communicator
  • Hard Worker and natural problem solver
  • Happy to get stuck into projects and happy to do INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REMOTE DIAL UPS

Details

This is an office based role – Mon-Fri normal office hours unless on-call. On-call occurs 1 week in 4 and is paid at £1500 in addition to basic.
