• Strong knowledge of Windows systems including Windows Server.
• Any formal training in repair of IT equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line technical support to customers.
• Quickly resolve issues via telephone, email or video.
• Visiting customer sites for on-site issues.
