Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and run the local S&OP process with the Sales & Marketing teams following the monthly cadence.
- Prepare and execute the monthly Demand Submission in line with the signed-off forecast.
- Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing regarding Planning and Forecasting.
- Synchronize commercial plans with demand plans.
- Proactively identify constraints and challenges, develop solutions to mitigate impacts, and keep internal customers informed of developments.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to understand Sales Forecast risks and opportunities.
- Provide and analyze monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, and forecast accuracy.
Qualifications:
What Were Looking For:
- B.A. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Fluent in French and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain planning role.
- Expert proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of demand planning processes and tools; experience with Anaplan and/or Tableau is a plus.
- APICS certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
- Ability to influence and achieve results independently by establishing effective cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships.
- High organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to perform in a demanding, dynamic, and highly visible organization.
