Description du poste

Provides financial contract and/or administrative analysis and manages portions of projects, including ad hoc client requests and problem-solving on administrative and operations issues.

Supports financial analysis and review, including underwriting data analytics and partnership with actuaries to support funding analysis.

Contributes as a member of the consulting team in developing overall client strategy, interprets and presents benchmark data to clients, and ensures plan and program changes are properly implemented to embody clients' strategy.

Demonstrates project management skills, manages the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and delegates to and reviews the project work of more junior colleagues.

Manages internal specialty resources, ensuring client deliverables meet client goals and deadlines, and delegates and reviews project work of more junior colleagues.

Assists with the preparation, completion of peer review processes, and delivery of clear, concise, client-friendly communications.

Works directly with clients and manages the request for proposal (RFP) process with health insurance carriers and internal analysts.

Collects and reviews health benefits information from various sources (hard files, electronic files, clients, carriers), responses from carriers, and data in customized templates depending on client plan types, funding structures, etc., and reviews transparency documents.

Ensures compliance with professional standards, including use of templates, client calendars, peer reviews, and transparency requirements.

Peer reviews information, analyzes and interprets results, edits and finalizes the executive summary report, and sends it to the client.

Establishes necessary relationships with carriers and vendors to serve clients in handling administration tasks, including eligibility, claims, billing, plan implementation, contracts, plan changes, and amendments.
