Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to strengthen the Europe Cybersecurity team and drive the execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives across multiple business units and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management , coupled with technical expertise in Azure, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Active Directory Security, and Vulnerability Management .

The Cybersecurity Program Manager will work closely with the Europe CISO, Cybersecurity Engineering teams, Cyber Defense Center, and local CISOs to ensure the successful implementation, tracking, and reporting of cybersecurity projects across 300+ sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee cybersecurity programs, ensuring structured reporting on progress, risks, and performance .
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks, best practices, and methodologies for cybersecurity project execution.
• Manage cybersecurity initiatives , ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, deadlines, and resource constraints.
• Identify and address project dependencies, risks, and gaps , escalating critical issues when needed.
• Provide regular reports and executive-level presentations to the Europe CISO and key stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency of cybersecurity initiatives , challenges, and achievements across all relevant teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication across cybersecurity, IT, and business functions.
• Directly manage specific cybersecurity projects , focusing on areas such as Active Directory Security, EDR, Azure security, and Vulnerability Management .

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Program / Project Management within complex environments.
• Strong background in cybersecurity best practices, standards, and technologies .
• Deep knowledge of Azure security, Active Directory Security, EDR solutions, and Vulnerability Management .
• Solid understanding of IS / IT infrastructure , including networking, cloud, endpoint security, and applications .
• Proven experience managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives and change management .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English .

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Risk Assessment, Threat-Informed Defense, or Incident Response .
• Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, PMP, or equivalent .
