Description du poste

The Music Rights Acquisition team is composed of 20 specialists in areas such as reporting music rights (Recording and publishing) and catalogue ingestion.

The team collaborates closely with the legal department, which drafts contracts and assists in finalizing commercial negotiations.

Your mission will involve supporting the Royalties & Reporting team with daily tasks and enhancing the publishers' reporting process.

What you will do :

1. Monitor publishers' royalties and reporting: validate DDEX invoice sending and follow-up.
2. Oversee back reports: control market share, address double claims, and monitor unclaimed royalties.
3. Assist negotiating teams by providing insights on market shares and costs.
4. Calculate and report publishers' costs to the finance team for accruals and cash management.
5. Coordinate with engineering teams to improve and optimize royalties and reporting tools.
6. Create and manage complex spreadsheets with multiple tabs and crossdependencies.

Qualifications :

This role is ideal for candidates with :

• A Master's Degree from a Business School / University or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to learn and understand technical tools related to digital services.
• Self-sufficient and meticulous.
• Driven, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.

Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential.

Experience in the music industry, especially in publishing royalties, is a plus.
