Job Summary
Are you a visionary product leader ready to redefine how patients and providers engage with healthcare technology? We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric, and results-driven Senior Director of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our customer experience portals. This role will be instrumental in shaping how our customers engage with our digital ecosystem — from self-service to personalized journeys — ensuring every interaction is intuitive, seamless, and value-driven.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences.
- Define and drive a bold, customer-first product strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Establish and monitor KPIs that reflect customer satisfaction, product adoption, and platform performance.
- Continuously evolve the portal suite to stay ahead of customer expectations and market trends, leveraging both organic innovation and strategic acquisitions.
- Ensure a unified, seamless experience across all digital channels, aligning with broader product and business strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, legal, finance, operations, sales, and customer success to bring high-impact features to life.
- Leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize investments.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and deep customer empathy across the product organization.
- Spearhead new product development, pilots, and R&D initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Champion the company’s core values and foster a culture of excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)
- 10+ years of progressive product leadership experience in health-tech or digital health, including market analysis, product conceptualization, development, launch, and lifecycle management. Demonstrated success leading product strategy for customer-facing portals, platforms, or digital self-service experiences highly desirable.
- 8+ years of strong leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Deep understanding of customer journey design, personalization, and digital engagement strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align business units (sales, marketing, service lines) and IT teams toward shared goals.
- Experience managing complex, high-impact projects with significant financial and operational implications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A passion for creating intuitive, scalable products that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Adaptability and composure in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required or related 15+ years’ experience.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $170K to $190K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
