A residential investment firm is seeking a motivated Talent Recruiter to support its growth by developing a strong candidate pipeline. This remote position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, plus potential bonuses. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, especially in the construction or real estate sectors. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Recruiter who will collaborate closely with senior management and hiring teams, playing a key role in developing and executing our hiring strategy and establishing a robust candidate pipeline to support business growth. This position offers an entrepreneurial approach to building a new talent network for our high-demand operations. The Talent Recruiter will support the rapid growth of our residential home investment business, sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As a buyer of homes for renovation and resale, our business revitalizes existing residential properties to provide affordable, renovated homes to new homeowners. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000, plus the potential for a discretionary annual bonus.
The Talent Recruiter will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership across multiple markets, including Dallas-Ft. Worth, Atlanta, Orlando, Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and other key operational areas. The role will support various functions, including construction, project management, and operations, to ensure the business’ talent needs are met.
