Implement and execute CRM strategies to strengthen player engagement, retention and loyalty for different brands.
Build a framework of player retention and be a driver of building retention tools.
Additional Responsibilities
Implement and execute CRM strategies to strengthen player engagement retention and loyalty.
Support the CRM Manager with insights for customer segmentation and lifecycle optimization.
Coordinate CRM campaigns across SMS push notifications and in-app channels.
Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
Design event-based communications and personalized customer journeys.
Refine messaging to drive desired player behaviors and improve conversion.
