Your responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with orders, product info, and tech support
Adapting your tone and style to match each brands voice
Resolving complex issues with patience and empathy

Speak fluently in French andEnglish
- Have some customer support experience (phone, email, or chat) a plus, not a must
