Job summary
Une start-up innovante en IA recherche un(e) Onboarding Manager pour accompagner ses clients lors de l'intégration de sa plateforme d’automatisation. Le candidat idéal aura un excellent niveau de français, des compétences pédagogiques solides et sera à l’aise avec les outils numériques. Ce rôle hybride offre la possibilité de commissions sur upsells et nécessite un engagement proactif pour assurer la satisfaction client. La rémunération peut atteindre jusqu'à 4 000 € par mois en fonction de l'engagement et des ventes.
Qualifications
- Français parfait, capacité à bien communiquer à l’oral.
- Être structuré(e), patient(e) et pédagogue.
- Avoir une bonne compréhension du business B2B.
Responsibilities
- Présenter Agentova et son fonctionnement aux clients.
- Guider le client à travers le processus d'onboarding.
- Documenter les retours utilisateurs pour améliorer les process.
