Your environment:

The Materials Center, a joint CNRS research unit, annually trains about fifteen specialized master's students and twenty doctoral students in advanced materials for aerospace, energy, automotive, electronics, and biomaterials. It collaborates with major industrial groups and SMEs to develop advanced technological solutions.

Located in Versailles Satory (78) from mid-2025 in a new custom-designed building, the center moves to Yvelines after 58 years and over 500 doctors trained in Evry (91).

EPROM is a technical platform responsible for manufacturing and heat treatment furnaces. Its main missions include maintaining equipment operation, supporting users, and developing measurement instrumentation as part of its innovative approach.

Your challenges and missions:

• Ensure proper functioning of platform equipment;
• Participate in developing related technologies;
• Perform additive manufacturing activities (metallic/ceramic/polymer) using suitable processes;
• Ensure the relevance and validity of experimental results;
• Assist users in utilizing the equipment.

Higher technician training (BTS, DUT, BUT), with at least 3 years of experience,

An interest in robotics is appreciated,

Immediate availability (Evry until June, then Versailles Satory).

Main skills sought:

• Maintenance techniques: electrical engineering, automation, fluid systems, vacuum, etc.;
• Automation, robotics, and electronics techniques;
• Specialized software for CAD/CAM, data acquisition, and processing;
• Communication, training, and reporting skills;
• Reading technical publications and notices, basic English communication (A2 level).
