Production Coordinator
Job summary
A global sports broadcasting company based in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Production Coordinator to support major sporting events. Responsibilities include event coordination, documentation management, and budget tracking. Ideal candidates have experience in production, are fluent in English, and possess strong organizational skills. This hybrid position requires at least three days in the office and offers opportunities for international travel.

You have probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a World Cup match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of the following events: FIFA World Cup 26, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia.
Do you want to be part of the team that brings major sporting events to life? Our Production Department is looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our global operations. You will be working behind the scenes of some of the world’s biggest sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.
Production Support & Organisation
- Organise and maintain project documentation and briefings
- Support workflow development and organisational structures
Team & Event Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate staff for events
- Organise pre-event briefings and documentation
- Liaise with all HBS departments and sub-contractors
- Assist with budget tracking and cost control
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain and update production documentation
- Have experience as Production Coordinator/Assistant (preferably in sports)
- Be fluent in English with strong MS Office skills
- Be willing to travel for long-term assignments
Professional Background
- Sports/tournament experience is a plus
- Understanding of production documentation (running orders, cue sheets, call sheets)
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with production-related paperwork
- Ability to handle multiple project management tools
Personal Qualities
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and open to evolving procedures
- Comfortable with hybrid working (min. 3 days office-based)
- Willing to travel for extended periods
