Fluency in French (C1/C2)
English B2 level for internal communication
Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.
Availability to start on 26 May 2025 (other start dates available).
Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment).
Experience in moderation or customer-facing roles is a plus – but not required.
