We are a leading company with a strong presence in Western Europe, encompassing locations in France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive HR professional to lead our HR team in France and play a pivotal role in supporting Commercial Heads across France, Iberia, and Belgium.

1. HR responsible for the Cluster Western Europe with locations in France (Chambly & Villedieu), Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
2. Supports Cluster Head, HR Director EMEA, Global Head HR Operations, and Cluster Team in all HR related matters.
3. Ensures execution at the cluster level of divisional / group-wide HR initiatives.
4. Leads talent management and succession planning for the cluster.
5. Co-leads recruitment of managerial and key specialist functions (GG12 and above) and oversees local recruitment.
6. Leads and executes all HR actions / initiatives to develop the organization in line with business requirements.
7. Leads compensation and performance management processes in the Cluster.
8. Drives employee engagement across all cluster countries.
9. Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of HR at the country level.

Requirements

1. Broad experience across major areas of expertise in HR; international work experience.
2. Degree level qualification in HR, Business Administration, Behavioural Science, or Management. Post Graduate Qualification in HR desirable.
3. Fluent in English – ability to speak one of the other cluster languages is desirable.
