Qualifications

• Formation formelle en merchandising visuel ou diplôme en marketing.
• Minimum d'une année d'expérience dans le retail.
• Français courant; l'anglais est un plus.

Spécialiste en Merchandising Visuel et Styling.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily visual merchandising and styling inside the store.
• Maintain close collaboration with VMS coaches and sales teams to implement world-class visual merchandising and styling that align with brand expectations.
• Deliver the highest standard of VMS excellence on an annual basis.
• Tell consumer mindsets through creative and fluid styling.
• Provide biweekly updates on business needs, strengths, and opportunities within in-store VMS excellence.
• Support the Nike House of Innovation Paris, working under the VMS Coach, based in central Paris within the House of Innovation store and offices in the same building.
• Collaborate with the broader VMS team, marketing and store commercial functions, as well as external suppliers, agencies and third-party sellers.
• Establish and execute storytelling-driven product showcases inspired by seasonal innovations and brand campaigns.
• Utilize training in retail, visual merchandising and styling or related marketing/arts/design backgrounds to support in-store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Formal training in retail, visual merchandising and styling and/or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, retail, communications, art & design, fashion & styling.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail with a talent for visual merchandising & styling.
• Fluent French (written and spoken); English is advantageous.
• Strong interest in fashion and styling across digital channels and trade press.
• Ability to create product executions based on storytelling of innovation and key volume drivers.
• Ability to autonomously create and improvise strong floor plans and zoning.
• Creativity and agility in a fast-evolving environment.
• Analytical capabilities in product sales.
