Fashion enthusiasts seeking a constantly evolving environment. Our sales teams are MK Ambassadors, embodying Michael's vision. They are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and adopting a positive approach to challenges with speed, energy, and optimism.
Your responsibilities:
As an MK Ambassador, you will lead by example to ensure customers have an exceptional experience, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
Maintain communication with clients using all available tools and applications dedicated to clienteling.
Ensure presence on the sales floor and manage stock effectively.
Establish and maintain good communication within the team.
Use product knowledge packs to become a sales expert and confidently advise customers.
Understand sales results and business opportunities to stimulate sales growth.
What we expect:
