Who will be your team?

The Shared Experience team defines, curates, and evolves the common experience blocks and identity layers that ensure coherence, clarity, and recognizability across all Schneider Electric digital experiences (software, applications, and beyond).

What will be your role?

As a UI Designer, you are responsible for translating the shared experience vision into pixel‑perfect, production‑ready UI definitions.

You apply the UI direction with a high level of craft, while actively contributing to the definition, refinement, and validation of shared experience blocks—the recurring UI structures and interaction models that shape how users interact with Schneider Electric products at scale.

You will be responsible for:
  • Common Experience Design
    • Design shared UI patterns, layouts, and interaction models used across products.
    • Explore, prototype, and validate concepts addressing cross‑product needs.
    • Contribute to the definition of experience principles and usage rules.
  • Collaboration & Co‑creation
    • Collaborate with project teams to understand their needs and constraints and help them align on their visualizations.
    • Facilitate or support workshops to converge on shared solutions.
    • Partner with the Design System team to ensure alignment and scalability.
  • Quality & Consistency
    • Ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
    • Review and support product teams on the application of shared patterns.
    • Contribute to share best practices.
This job has been tailored for you if you have:
  • You have strong prototyping skills (Figma, interactive prototypes)
  • You possess a solid foundation in UI, motion, and graphic design.
  • You are passionate about systemic UI design rather than one‑off screens.
  • You enjoy working at the intersection of UX, UI, brand, and platform thinking.
  • You know how to convert concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible visuals for a wide audience.
  • You have experience in front‑end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • You are comfortable collaborating with many stakeholders.
  • You care deeply about clarity, usability, and consistency.
  • You can work both collaboratively and solo.
  • You are fluent in English.
Even better:
  • Experience contributing to a design system
