Responsabilités

  • Coordinate with the Japan headquarters, frequently using Japanese documents.
  • Serve as a communication link between local French staff and HQ.
  • Prepare and submit internal reports.
  • Manage administrative processes such as lease car contracts.
  • Support general affairs like procurement and vendor liaison.
  • Provide occasional support to remote sales staff.
  • Collaborate with the French HR specialist on local labor matters.

A Japanese manufacturer is seeking a Trilingual Administrator (Japanese / French / English) for its Paris office.

This part‑time position supports HR, general administration, and basic accounting tasks while ensuring smooth communication between the local French team and the Japan headquarters.

The role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment with both local and Japanese stakeholders.

TYPE : CDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée)

WORKING HOURS : Part-time, 3–4 days per week

SALARY : €3,000 – €4,000 per month (depending on experience; pro‑rated)

START : ASAP

LOCATION : Paris, France

VISA : Must have the right to work in France (no visa sponsorship)

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, employee documentation, and contract updates
  • Handle basic accounting administration (invoices, expenses, document preparation)
  • Coordinate with the Japan headquarters (frequent use of Japanese documents)
  • Serve as a communication link between French local staff and HQ
  • Prepare and submit required internal reports
  • Manage administrative processes such as lease car contracts
  • Support general affairs (procurement, vendor liaison, documentation management)
