Training Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training strategies, creating high-quality training materials, and supporting both field and HQ teams. You will ensure smooth execution of all training activities while enhancing team capabilities and strengthening our brand expertise across the country.

Responsibilities

• Preparing training content and materials for pharmacy partners and internal teams
• Translating training documents
• Planning online and offline trainings
• Organizing and managing all training activities
• Delivering sales technique trainings
• Following current training and development trends
• Trainings and follow-up of the Beauty Advisors team
• Organizing training activities that support pharmacy sell-out in line with brand guidelines
• Preparing monthly training activity reports
• Planning monthly customer visits by region and completing these visits

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Public Relations or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Preferably experienced in the cosmetics or pharmacy sector
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Strong organization, planning and follow-up abilities, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both Turkish and English.
