Job Overview

The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in the Loir-et-Cher region, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Brands: Head™ Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®. The site is highly automated with cutting‑edge technology in the cosmetic industry. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF PROCTER & GAMBLE

As a Packaging Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the MPD department (Material Process Development – Packaging). This department is dedicated to optimizing and innovating our formulas, packaging, materials, and processes. You will actively participate in the implementation of new materials and formulas within the factory while contributing to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of our production lines.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive management of supplier complaints: Collaborate with partners to quickly resolve issues related to materials.
  • In‑depth investigation of targeted issues: Work closely with operational teams and suppliers to identify and solve problems related to materials, ensuring quality and performance of products.
  • Management of chronic loss: Develop innovative strategies to identify and address losses related to packaging within the factory.
Type of contract

Internship – 6 months duration minimum.

Daytime.
