• Experience of at least 10 years in Operation and Maintenance in the rail industry.
• Experience in managing multi-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of Alstom’s Train Operation and System Maintenance portfolio (desirable).

• Develop and manage the TOSM Project Network for technical exchanges across regions.
• Implement and manage the TOSM Project Support SharePoint.
• Provide 24/7 engineering support to TOSM projects.
