Join us as the Apartment Hospitality Manager at La Vallée Village! In this role, you will deliver 5-star luxury hospitality to our private guests, ensuring every visit exceeds brand standards. Oversee and implement exclusive events for high-net-worth guests in our Apartment and Personal Shopping suites. This dynamic role involves managing a 7-day-a-week operation, including weekends and bank holidays.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment, has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and enjoys leading a dynamic team.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategy for the Apartment and Personal Shopping suites.
  • Align with the Village’s Hospitality and Guest Experience strategy.
  • Manage annual business plan and calendar for our private spaces.
  • Deliver private client & high-net-worth guest experiences.
  • Lead a team of 10+ (mostly third parties) and ensure performance.
  • Ensure daily attendance and limit staff turnover.
  • Promote innovative concierge services (hands-free shopping, valet parking, air miles redemption, transport services).
  • Recommend new services to enhance quality.
  • Resolve guest comments and complaints.
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ guests.
  • Share programs, systems, and procedures among stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient operation and high-quality guest experience.
  • Record and resolve guest comments and complaints.
  • Compile reports for the Hospitality Department.
  • Build relationships with brand partners for luxury retail experience.

Role requirements

  • Structured, organized, and experienced as a brand ambassador for HNW guests globally.
  • Background in guest relations / concierge / private client events coordination in luxury environments (hotel, retail, events).
  • Strong experience with high-net-worth and international guests; understanding of 5-star guest services.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of guest needs, cultures, behaviors; passionate about service and hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Fluent in English and French; other European languages are beneficial.
