A leading technology company in Île-de-France is seeking an experienced professional to provide technical expertise in mobile communication solutions. Responsibilities include conducting pre-sales activities and delivering training to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the field and a degree in telecommunications. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in mobile communication.
  • Practical experience in mobile radio communication systems (2G-to-5G, IoT).
  • Strong understanding of 3GPP protocols.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales activities (~20 %): Involvement during various phases of the sales process including customer requirements analysis, NEMO tools demonstrations, Benchmarks, use case testing.

Post Sales activities (~80%): Deliver technical expertise for NEMO solution to customers, understand and troubleshoot customers problems, recommend solutions to meet their needs, ensure customer satisfaction and deliver trainings.

Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc degree in telecommunications or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 year's of relevant experience in the field of mobile communication, preferably in an Mobile operator optimization department, service company or network vendor
  • Practical experience in mobile radio communication systems (2G-to-5G, IoT), with ability to provide strong technical answers to customer questions / problems
  • Understanding of 3GPP protocols and driving test tools are mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work independently.
