A leading cloud computing firm in France is seeking a candidate to define and execute their European Startup Program expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps skills and experience engaging with startups and CTOs. Fluency in French and English is necessary. This role supports a vibrant international community and requires a collaborative approach within a diverse team.

Your mission will be to identify, qualify, and support high‑potential startups in our program in order to grow a vibrant international community and increase Scal presence in the European startup ecosystem.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a tight‑knit team of 2 people dedicated to the Startup Program and Communities.

The team is focused on developing strategic partnerships with startups, animating a thriving founder community, and expanding our footprint across Europe.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Define and execute the European expansion strategy of the Startup Program
• Meet with CTOs to qualify promising startups that align with our program and challenge their technical needs
• Answer questions from CTOs about technical aspects of Scaleway products
• Build and maintain relationships with European VCs, incubators, and innovation hubs
• Coordinate and manage onboarding and support for startups in the program
• Plan, organize, and participate in startup‑related events (internal & external)
• Monitor performance and track KPIs to measure program impact
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives
• Engage with the CTOs/founders of startups and adapt messaging to a technical audience
• Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and outreach efficiency
• Support internal reporting and present outcomes to leadership

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS

• Strong DevOps capabilities, including proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools.
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem (funding, acceleration, growth)
• Proven experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing and outreach tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Autonomy and proactivity in daily operations
• High level of rigor and structured execution
• Comfortable taking initiatives and working in a test & learn mindset
• Curious and comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders (e.g., CTOs)
