A food industry innovator in Avignon seeks a Supply Chain Director to optimize and scale logistics. The role demands leadership in a fast-paced environment, focusing on operational efficiency, team collaboration, and crisis management. Ideal candidates have 10 years of B2B experience, preferably in food, and proficiency in ERP systems like Odoo. The position offers a salary from €80k to €100k gross/year and attractive bonuses with a hybrid work model.
As Supply Chain Director, you’ll be the backbone of our operational success — turning every booking, every shipment, and every supplier relationship into measurable performance and real-world impact.

Day‑to‑day, you will :
This is a key leadership role where strategic vision meets operational excellence. You’ll be building the foundations of Hubcycle’s future scale.
You will be part of the C‑level team with a direct input of the scale’s strategy of Hubcycle.
Working in a FSSC22000 certified company means that you, as all of us, will be contributing and maintaining high quality standards expectations. This certification will increase the impact and credibility of your work and your profile in the industry.
On your day to day, you can also rely on every team member: ERP manager, Sales, Sourcers, Quality, HR, etc.
