We are currently seeking a Supplier Quality Coordinator, to join our SQ team based in Paris.

About the role:

Context:
Supplier Quality (SQ) is a shared service within , responsible for the qualification and performance assessment of suppliers globally across all projects. This includes suppliers of goods (equipment, materials) and associated services. SQ is part of the Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) team.

Main Responsibilities:

The Supplier Quality Coordinator (SQC) is responsible for:

  • Governance and Reporting:
    - Develop and implement SQ processes, procedures, and tools across all operating centers and projects.
    - Report SQ activities to GSP management and internal stakeholders
  • Supplier Qualification:
    - Identify and assess supplier risks prior to contract award (technical, QHSE, financial, ESG, data security, .
    - Coordinate qualification plans, audits, and corrective actions.
    - Produce and validate qualification reports.
  • Supplier Performance Engagement (SPE):
    - Identify suppliers for performance improvement initiatives.
    - Develop and execute improvement plans.
    - Analyze feedback and document supplier performance for future actions. **

Key Interactions:


- External: Suppliers, clients, third-party agencies, partners, certification authorities.
- Internal: Project teams, procurement, engineering, QA, HSE, finance, compliance, etc.

About: You :


- Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or equivalent.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams internally and externally.
- Leadership, international mobility, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

- Additional Assets:
- Experience in auditing or process improvement.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and techniques (metallurgy, welding, NDT, industrial equipment manufacturing).
- Experience in EPC projects (engineering, procurement, construction).
- Fluency in other foreign languages.
