YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS STORE MANAGER
  • Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers
  • Analyze sales KPIs and implement revenue-driving actions
  • Maintain visual merchandising according to brand standards
  • Handle returns and customer complaints
  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team
  • Workforce planning and recruitment for open positions
  • Oversee cash processes, security standards, and daily operations
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
  • Passion for customer service and client advising
  • Strong ability to motivate and develop people
  • Analytical mindset and clear communication (German required, English a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and stress resilience
