Identity Global Products (IGP) is a large and global department in AXA Group Operations, composed of approximately 150 team members, mandated to design, implement, deploy, and operate globally shared products linked to identity & access management for:

  • Employees working for AXA
  • Users / partners working for AXA business
  • Customer users of AXA

The IT Identity Department is the guardian of the company’s digital identity, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. It’s a critical function that helps maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the company’s information assets.

About the job
Job purpose

As an UX Design & Researcher Intern, your main objective is to assist Product Managers, Product Owners, Service Owners, Communication & Event teams, and Product Adoption & Engagement teams for our 6 Global Products on UX topics:

  • Enriching our knowledge of our users (persona, user stories)
  • Continually improving UX experience by capturing and understanding user expectations and needs
  • Fostering a user-centric culture within product teams, especially as UX becomes a new consideration in our agile transformation
Main missions

Your responsibilities include :

  • Enhancing our user knowledge through feedback, interviews, and behavior analysis
  • Developing end-to-end user stories and storytelling across multiple products
  • Maintaining our website with best UX practices, aligned with product team updates (~1,000 users)
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to identify needs and pain points
  • Optimizing design workflows for efficiency and impact
  • Defining Voice of Customer events
  • Building UX training content and methodologies
  • Coaching product team members on UX research
  • Collaborating with change & communication teams to ensure UX best practices
  • Advocating for the user in projects
Skills and experience

We seek someone with:

  • Experience in UX design or research projects
  • Experience creating end-to-end UX processes

Technical skills include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
  • Knowledge of UX processes and methodologies
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to document requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English; French is a plus
