A leading hospitality company in Paris is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern to support the Brand Marketing Manager with campaigns for its premium brands. The role involves assisting in marketing campaign development, social media content deployment, planning brand events, and tracking KPIs. Candidates should have strong communication skills, proficiency in both French and English, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Canva. This is a full-time position with remote work options and compensation based on education level.

As a Brand Marketing Intern you will support the Brand Marketing Manager in executing brand initiatives for the Premium brands of Accor Portfolio (Pullman Mövenpick & Swissôtel) across campaigns social media event activations reporting and budget tracking. You will contribute directly to the development of premium brand storytelling across Europe & North Africa through collaborative creative and operational support.
Assist with campaign development including trend research creative briefing and alignment with brand positioning and objectives.
Support cross-team alignment (global regional local) to secure timely validations and smooth campaign delivery.
Help deploy content across paid channels; monitor performance and provide insights for optimisation.
Support influencer and creator initiatives from identification to coordination and follow-up on deliverables.
Conduct trend and competitive monitoring to feed creative ideas and strengthen the social‑first brand approach.
Assist in planning and coordinating brand activations and events including logistics agency alignment and onsite support.
Lead the management of the community created through the events via digital and social media content creation.
Contribute to post‑event follow-up including debriefs and KPI documentation.
Track KPIs across campaigns social media and events preparing clear reports for internal stakeholders.
Support budget monitoring and invoice follow‑up with agencies vendors and finance.
Contribute to performance evaluations to identify optimisation opportunities for future activations.
You have prior experience supporting or implementing marketing communication or activation campaigns ideally connected to creative industries.
You are a strong communicator and able to collaborate smoothly with a wide variety of partners and stakeholders.
You are detail‑oriented organized and comfortable managing projects and their associated budgets.
You have fluent French & English skills both written and spoken.
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint Excel Word) and with Canva.
Compensation: Fixed monthly allowance based on education level (Masters / Bac 4 or Bac 5).
