Cpl Healthcare is working with their client in the recruitment of dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a well established dementia community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dementia care, values holistic nursing, and thrives in a close-knit, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care to our 18 residents (3 houses with 6 residents in each)
  • Maintain professional nursing standards in line with NMBI guidelines.
  • Participate in care planning, documentation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and autonomy at all times.
  • Support infection prevention, clinical audits, and service improvements.
  • Participate in training, mentoring, and performance development.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with active registration with NMBI.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of dementia-specific care (previous experience desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, empathetic, and resident-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
