This role involves responding to requests for proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer relationships. Your Role

Accelerate pre‑sales support by responding to RFPs / Tenders / Ad‑hoc requests, delivering product demonstrations, proposing solution architectures, conducting customer visits, managing webinars, and handling key information.

Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Listen to and understand customers’ challenges.
  • Contribute to the design of tailor‑made solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Promote and present solutions to customers, clearly highlighting their value.
  • Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to ensure standardized processes throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the creation of pre‑sales materials to highlight the value of our solutions and support the sales team (demo scenarios and environments, RFx responses, webinar content).
  • Create and maintain demonstration environments.
  • Enrich the product knowledge base to support the tender and RFP production process.
  • Create solution architecture proposals for specific customer use cases.
  • Prepare technical environments and demo scenarios for conferences, then prepare for and participate in events.
  • Deepen technological knowledge to build a comprehensive value proposition.
  • Act as a facilitator between the development, sales, and marketing teams.
Education & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector across different geographic regions.
  • Minimum required experience :
  • First experience in a pre‑sales department / team
  • First experience in healthcare software solutions
  • Strong commitment to providing technical support to the sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in French and English. Additional languages are a plus, especially Spanish, Italian, and German.
  • Ability to listen to healthcare professionals and IT experts.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Resourceful and creative mindset.
  • Ability to build an internal network to respond quickly to questions.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Proactive attitude and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong interest in software solutions and the healthcare sector.
