Job Description

📝 YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF PROCTER & GAMBLE:

  • Collaborating with multifunctional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) in a manufacturing environment to ensure the integration of solutions into existing workflows.
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing processes by integrating innovative digital solutions.
  • Defining user requirements and developing clear functional specifications for digital tools.
  • Building and deploying solutions from the idea to the solution using various skills: software development, networking, governance.
  • Documenting processes (technical and functional) and providing training for end users.
  • Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions and proposing continuous improvements.
Job Qualifications

🧩 YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • A degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification with a specialization in processes or digital technologies.
  • Experience in the digital field, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, etc.
  • A passion for transforming and improving processes through technology.
  • Experience working in teams, with cultural sensitivity and a willingness to share insights.
  • The ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Few examples of work
  • Masterdata automation scripts to extract, transform and load data from various data sources to manufacturing lines using Python / GitHub runners / APIs.
  • Network infrastructure design, expansion and maintenance including cybersecurity.
  • System administration maintenance to remediate OS and application obsolescence on multiple operating systems.
  • Data analytics solutions to provide visibility and insights about manufacturing processes using Power BI / Power App.
  • Web applications with Cloud environment to control logistics processes using Flask / Docker / Terraform.
