A leading EV charging technology company in France is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to ensure efficient service processes from quotation to invoicing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, fluent in both English and French, and possess strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with SAP and SFDC is advantageous. This role focuses on managing customer orders, creating quotations, and improving service operations.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by delivering excellent service to customers? We’re looking for a Service Operations Specialist to help ensure smooth and efficient service processes from quotation to invoicing.

In this role your main accountabilities will be:

  • Process customer orders for Invoicing.
  • Create quotations for customers and follow up on the receipt of the purchase order.
  • Manage maintenance plan jobs (Preventative Maintenance) for the Field Service engineers in SFDC system and communicate the annual maintenance plan with Customers.
  • Process all completed work orders from Field Service Engineers.
  • Process spare part returns and when required book collections with logistics companies.
  • Process credit resolutions for customers in accordance with the Credit Control department requirements.
  • Work closely with the complete Service team to ensure all necessary transactions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Service team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects.

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Good level of education achieved or demonstrated successful work experience in similar field of work
  • Fluent spoken and written English & French is a mandatory requirement for this role

  • Strong customer orientated approach to problem solving
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude
  • Passionate about delivering quality and driving continuous improvement
  • SAP and SFDC Service Cloud experience would be an advantage
