As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders, driving complex hiring initiatives and leading recruitment strategies across a range of functions or regions. With 5–8 years of HR experience, including recruitment, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing talent acquisition practices, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring hiring outcomes are aligned with Stellantis' strategic goals, as part of the French Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment delivery capabilities, market insight, and a passion for process improvement, employer branding, and mentoring others.
