You will work remotely with a focus on upscaling knowledge within the field force. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical training and Electro Physiology with a strong background in program development and a passion for education.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in clinical training or medical device industry.
• At least 5 years of Electro Physiology (EP) Mapping experience.
• Strong knowledge of training program curriculum build and delivery processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver in-house training programs for field support and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create education programs.
• Ensure training effectiveness and maintain communication with customers.
