About the role

ARKURB ASIA GROUP is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Bali. This full-time role focuses on providing strategic cost management and contract administration services to support the delivery of complex construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
• Review and negotiate construction contracts and subcontractor agreements
• Monitor and control project costs, providing regular financial reporting
• Prepare and negotiate progress claims, variations and final accounts
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams
• Identify and manage commercial risks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
• Proven track record of successfully managing the commercial aspects of construction projects
• Excellent contract administration and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in the use of construction cost estimating software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
