EasyVista is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the evolution of two strategic solutions within our portfolio: EV Reach (Remote Support & Endpoint Management) and EV Discovery (Automatic Discovery & Dependency Mapping).
You will work at the intersection of technology customers and product execution ensuring our development teams deliver high-value high-impact features aligned with business needs and product vision.
This is a hybrid role based in Noisy-le-Grand (France) with regular on-site collaboration and direct interaction with stakeholders customers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the Product Backlog. Define, prioritize, and continuously refine the backlog based on business priorities, technical feasibility and customer needs.
- Translate Vision into Action. Break down high-level roadmap objectives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria ensuring alignment with customer and market needs.
- Collaborate with Development. Partner closely with engineering teams, QA and UX to drive sprints, clarify requirements and unblock delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Drive Agile Execution. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and review ceremonies. Foster an iterative value-driven development culture.
- Engage Customers and Stakeholders. Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Marketing) gathering feedback, conducting demos and refining priorities accordingly.
- Ensure Product Quality. Validate that features meet functional expectations and business outcomes before release.
Qualifications
Technical & Domain Knowledge (EV Reach & EV Discovery)
- Solid understanding of remote support technologies, endpoint management and IT service operations.
- Familiarity with network protocols, port scanning, agent-based and agentless discovery and dependency mapping.
- Knowledge of discovery probes (SNMP / WMI / SSH), firewall and credential management, and data normalization / reconciliation.
- Awareness of IT infrastructure components (servers, workstations, IoT, mobile devices).
- A plus: Understanding of time-series anomaly detection, AI / ML for monitoring or event correlation.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, hybrid infrastructures and / or enterprise IT environments.
- Strong project management mindset able to structure delivery, manage scope and communicate across functions.
- Fluent in French and English, written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you are confident presenting to customers or representing product in executive discussions.
- Proven experience working with Agile / Scrum development teams.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in ITSM, ITOM or Remote Support solutions.
- Understanding of modern DevOps and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Exposure to cybersecurity or compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 GDPR).
