Full-time employment with an annual salary range of €80,233 - €88,679.

About the Design Team at Gorgias

At Gorgias our design team drives product innovation across the entire customer support journey. Were a group of 12 designers spread across New York Paris and LA. Each designer works closely with PMs and engineers while also actively collaborating with other designers to raise the bar for our customers experience in our platform. We focus on high-velocity execution async collaboration and design excellence. And were craft-focused. Were all-in on design excellence (our upcoming redesign will make your designer heart skip a beat).

Were scaling fast and were now looking for a Senior Product Designer who can bring a fresh level of energy urgency and innovation to the team.

What Youll Do

Youll lead the design of core product experiences and set the bar for UI craft visual quality and user delight. This role is ideal for a fast-moving proactive designer who thrives in high-performance environments and wants to have outsized impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead product design initiatives from concept to execution in tight collaboration with PMs and engineers

Help pioneer the next generation of AI-driven experiences by setting the standard for design innovation harnessing the latest trends to push boundaries and redefine whats possible

Bring a strong visual and interaction design sensibility to the team elevating product quality

Proactively identify UX opportunities and advocate for innovative solutions

Prototype using Figma and AI first prototyping tools like Lovable V0 Cursor etc.

Push for systems thinking and champion AI as a creative and strategic advantage to help shape team practices that unlock innovation

Drive design reviews and contribute actively to critiques mentoring other designers as needed

Influence product and UX strategy with a get it done mindset

Who You Are

Were looking for someone who combines excellent UI craft with a relentless drive for action and clarity.

You have :

A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UI craft and a strong sense of interaction design and visual hierarchy (portfolio submission required)

35 years of experience designing user-facing products ideally with some experience in fast-paced B2C or SaaS environments

Youre customer obsessed deeply understand their problems and base your design decisions on their needs and goals

Advanced skills in Figma

Youre a self-starter who takes initiative and doesnt wait for permission to improve things

An ability to influence teams and processes to drive change not just follow along

A direct communication style and high urgency - you value clarity momentum and fast decision-making

Experience working with or contributing to design systems in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have :

Familiarity with emerging AI-based design / prototyping tools like Lovable V0 Cursor and other prompting design tools

Background designing for AI-powered features or data-heavy tools

Previous experience co-located with product and engineering teams in high-growth startups

Based in or willing to relocate to New York or Paris
